Jo was a tremendous help and so very attentive and informative. I am dealing with Morton’s Neuroma and she fit me with an orthotic to help with the numbing I get in the ball of my foot. Her thoroughness and kind and caring demeanor made me feel very comfortable that I was being well taken care of by her. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing either an assessment of what they need to have their feet feel better or to get fitted an orthoric for shoes you may already own.

My Podiatrist recommended I come see Jo. I actually teared up when Jo put a pair of cute sandals on me and I stood up and walked without pain. I can’t say enough great things about this place or this woman. I’m actually planning on bringing my Mom to see her on her next visit to the DC area. This is definately my new and only place to buy shoes.

Jos is a Angel. I walked in two days before Christmas, I was up all night searching for shoes to work for hard to feet. To mention, I have done this on many occasions for several years and spent hundreds, maybe thousands to find something on different kinds of pairs that only didn’t work. For multiple years I was told I was 4E woman’s due to my flat feet, which you can’t find anywhere. I had to order men’s, I was a girlie girl. This has damped my confidence, my self esteem, and overall effected how I carried myself – who wants to wear business entire who men’s tennis shoes. I received Jos information from my podiatrist, at first I hesitate to go. Since every time I gone it was a men shoe in any other store. But I needed something to wear to work, with my podiatrist kept hearing me complain he said go. After being handed her card so many times, I went. I am so glad I did. She greets you with such amazing smile, makes you feel like you are at home. I didn’t want to admit this, I ugly cried mid through with happiness. With in minutes Jos had found my size ensuring if some thing didn’t work, she could make it. Come to find out I was sized wrong my whole life since they didn’t understand flat feet. I am wearing regular size shoes. For once someone understood me, understood what I was going through and treated me like her family. I will be a customer for life. Thank you for giving me back my confidence on the outside so it can match my inside. For all who is reading this review, you will not regret it! Especially if have been in the same situation. I was referred by my podiatrist to alleviate my foot concerns. I was overwhelmed by the knowledge, expertise, and attention shown to me by Jo, and the selections, WOW.
