I have MS and wear a brace. I just picked up my new shoes and I love them! I have been the customers of Joe’s for several years now. She’s so sweet and kind and is very knowledgeable when it comes to shoes. She always takes for times with her customers and shows she cares and her customers care about her! Thank you 😀

My podiatrist recommended that I make an appointment with Jo at Jo’s Comfort Zone because I needed a shoe with a deep toe box (more room for toes). I discovered after many years of buying shoes online, I was wearing the wrong size shoes, and one foot was larger than the other. We special ordered a pair of shoes. She needed to stretch one shoe’s side to accommodate a bunion. After breaking in the shoes and stretching the pressure points, they are perfect. While you are paying full retail for the shoes, the personal service, knowledge, and custom fitting makes every dollar spent well worth it. In fact, I just went back to order anther pair of shoes for casual use.

It’s so nice to have stores like this, rather than going online or to big box stores! I was very pleased to find this place, and that it was right here in Gaithersburg! I picked up a pair of sandals (thongs?) today, but will be back for all of my shoes. Jo is very friendly and knowledgeable! I’m looking forward to going back (probably Birkenstock’s for my wife).

Outstanding customer service provided by a wonderful individual with great knowledge (she had a licence). The store selection is also great.

The only downside to going there is my wife can’t just look. We went to drop off a pair of Birkenstocks to be refurbished, and somehow she left with 3 pairs of shoes.

Jo is amazing!

So patient and knowledgeable. I get all my shoes here. I also bring my still growing, hard -to-fit kids here to be properly fit. My daughter is 12 yo and a 9.5 Narrow and my son is 13 yo and a 13 2E. Shoe shopping is usually a fiasco- Jo smoothes the way and I

have the peace of mind of knowing my kids are wearing shoes that fit right.
