An amazing place for those who have feet that hurt, and for those who don’t want their feet to hurt. The small store is located on the first floor of an apartment building with an outside well labeled entrance.

Jo is a sole proprietor who has studied and knows feet. Her knowledge of shoes, sneakers, boots and feet is amazing. You need to call to make an appointment since it is only her there. If you don’t be prepared to wait a while. Then be prepared to spend one to two hours there, depending on your needs. Bring your shoes, and insoles, that are giving you a problem. Jo needs to analyze them along with your pain and concerns.

She has a lot of international shoes, sneakers, boots, etc. in all styles. She can also order some in a different color if wanted. She also sells professional insoles and special socks. She doesn’t take insurance and a lot of doctors recommend her for people with foot problems. We found the average shoe cost is about $150 – $200 but well worth it. (Other specialty shoe stores are a lot more expensive and are much less knowledgeable about feet and their products.) They will last many years and when the soles wear out she can resole them for you at a reasonable cost.
